About the role
Responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments from customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer billing and collections
- Process invoices and payment entries
- Monitor and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing
- Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable status
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Experience with credit management systems
