Accounts Payables Assistant

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of clerical experience required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Computer literate with ability to quickly learn specific systems and software
• Proficient with 10-key touchpad
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage documentation and data entry

What You Will Do

• Provide assistance in the update and preparation of financial information and reporting for the assigned population served within the department
• Verify, process, file, and enter information with accuracy and within established timeframes
• Review incoming paperwork for completeness and take appropriate action according to department procedures
• Maintain logs, documentation, and extract information from systems as needed
• Input data into appropriate systems and maintain organized record-keeping
• Process work for assigned areas including completing paperwork, setting up new accounts, and maintaining records
• Reconcile applicable general ledger accounts as assigned
• Provide departmental support and serve as backup for team members as needed
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety standards, and organizational policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
