About the role
Our client, a growing organization in the industry, is looking for an experienced AP Team Lead to oversee AP operations, treasury support, and vendor relationships — a leadership role focused on oversight and process ownership, not day-to-day invoice keying.
Responsibilities
- Own the weekly check run (every Monday)
- Approve vendor payment workflows and review for accuracy
- Handle vendor remittances and portal management
- Oversee AP accruals and month-end AP close tasks
- Supervise and train one direct report
- Support daily treasury functions (cash flow tracking, bank reconciliations)
- Serve as super-user for Concur Expense and Invoice
- Assist with journal entries and GL reconciliations as needed
Requirements
- AP leadership or senior AP experience
- Strong knowledge of Concur or similar platforms
- Comfortable owning processes end-to-end and managing a direct report
