Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors, maintaining vendor relationships, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance department;
- Aid in the management of the vendor compliance process by obtaining pertinent documentation from current and prospective vendors (Certificates of Insurance, Subcontractor Agreements, etc.);
- Review and process employee expense reports and credit card statements;
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner;
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting;
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- AS or BS in Business Administration, Accounting, or similar preferred;
- Experience in professional services managing Accounts Payable process preferred;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook & Excel).

Pay
Higher compensation than the amount listed below may be offered commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Hourly Pay Range: $26 - $32 USD

This is a fully in-office, on-site position.
