Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

Vaco Arizona is hiring an AP Specialist for a top company in Mesa. This is a contract-to-hire onsite opportunity paying up to $21/hr.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage high-volume invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Review, code, and distribute invoices and payment documentation
• Maintain accurate vendor records and financial account information
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice status, payment inquiries, and discrepancies
• Assist with invoice approvals, expense reimbursements, and account reconciliations
• Collect and verify new vendor documentation including W-9s and ACH forms
• Support the Accounts Payable team with account troubleshooting and additional projects as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with an ERP System

Pay

Up to $21/hr
