Accounts Payable Specialist

About the Role

Looking for your next opportunity in Accounts Payable? My client is adding an AP Inquiry Specialist to their growing team! This is a hybrid position based in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Respond to AP vendor inquiries via phone and email
• Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• Partner with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate vendor records
• Support the Accounts Payable team with process improvements and special projects

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• ERP experience and strong Excel skills are a plus
