Key Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and payment requests
- Review and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
- Maintain vendor records and assist with payment inquiries
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues
- Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting
- Absorb audit requests and documentation preparation
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience working in high-volume invoice processing environments
- Strong understanding of the full AP cycle and related accounting processes
- Advanced attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work independently
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Preferred Background
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems
- Exposure to month-end close, reconciliations, or general accounting functions
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
