Accounts Payable Representative II

Full-time individual-contributor role located at 225 S East St, Indianapolis, IN 46202.

Responsibilities

• Process items in the corporate banking website
• Enter invoices and expense reports for payment
• Prepare, print, and mail checks
• Research items to assist both internal and external customers
• Record accounting entries

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable preferred or relevant work experience
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work within banking websites
• Effective utilization of Accounts Payable–specific software
• Ability to research various inquiries from company personnel

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
