Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager

About the role

As a Teller at Capital you are the face of the credit union. It's more than just processing financial transactions. It's building lasting relationships with members by providing exceptional service and identifying their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier’s checks
• Identify member needs and refer them to appropriate credit union products and services
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to security and audit procedures
• Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to all members
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet sales goals
• Resolve member inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Stay up-to-date on credit union policies, procedures, and products
• Perform other duties as assigned to support branch operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Commitment to providing exceptional member service
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
