About the role

As a Teller at Capital you are the face of the credit union. It's more than just processing financial transactions. It's building lasting relationships with members by providing exceptional service and identifying their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services based on member needs
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to security and audit procedures
• Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to all members
• Resolve member inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Promote and explain credit union products, services, and digital banking tools
• Adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in branch activities and community events to enhance the credit union’s visibility
