About the role

As a Teller at Capital you are the face of the credit union. It's more than just processing financial transactions. It's building lasting relationships with members by providing exceptional service and identifying their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier’s checks.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services based on member needs.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to security and operational procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to all members.
• Resolve member inquiries and concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Promote a positive and welcoming environment in the branch.
• Stay up-to-date on credit union policies, procedures, and product offerings.
