Accounts Payable / Payroll Clerk

Primary Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees.
  • Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including vendor invoices and payments.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Aid with month-end accounting activities.

Requirements

  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll and financial information.
  • 3+ years of payroll and/or accounts payable experience (healthcare preferred).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of payroll and accounts payable software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
