Primary Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees.
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including vendor invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate accounting records.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Aid with month-end accounting activities.
Requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and financial information.
- 3+ years of payroll and/or accounts payable experience (healthcare preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of payroll and accounts payable software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
