Key Responsibilities
- Invoice entry, coding, and payment support
- Vendor communication and vendor account management
- Daily use of NetSuite (required)
- Paying high volume (700-800 per day) invoices
- General office administration and operational support
- Managing office supplies, common areas, and routine office upkeep
- Supporting overall office organization and administrative needs
Requirements
- Hands-on NetSuite experience (required)
- Background in Accounts Payable and office administration
- Experience within construction, property maintenance, facilities, trades, or related industries preferred
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working onsite and wearing multiple hats in a collaborative office setting
