Accounts Payable Customer Service (Hybrid, Puerto)

About the role

The RTX Accounts Payable team is seeking a candidate to join the organization who will be responsible for fulfilling assigned tasks throughout the end-to-end accounts payable process in accordance with standard operating procedures. The primary action is researching and responding to accounts payable customer service inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to accounts payable customer inquiries timely and accurately
• Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing invoices and payments
• Accurate communication in written and verbal form with internal & external customers

Requirements

• You Must Have:
• A high school diploma or AA/AS degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• 1+ years of experience with a variety of Accounts Payable concepts, practices and procedures
• 1+ years of experience in data entry
• 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• We Prefer:
• Knowledge and experience with SAP, Oracle and/or JDE
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with vendors and employees
