Accounts Payable Clerk

About the role

This is a multi-faceted position managing multiple entities, responsible for processing all vendor invoices and ensuring they are properly authorized and processed for payment. The role also includes handling vendor correspondence (verbal or written) and vendor credits, as well as assuming all office receptionist functions.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices for authorization and payment.
• Handle vendor correspondence, both verbal and written.
• Manage vendor credits and resolve open issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain positive working relationships with vendors to ensure proper payment.
• Perform all office receptionist duties.

Pay

$50,000 - $55,000 yearly
