Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Payroll Clerk to support day-to-day invoice and payment activities for an on-site Contract position based in Seattle, Washington. This role is ideal for someone who can keep financial records accurate, manage vendor-related documentation efficiently, and help maintain timely payment cycles. The successful candidate will bring a strong grasp of accounts payable and payroll procedures and a careful approach to reviewing, coding, and processing invoices. Responsibilities:Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice entry, coding, and payment processing.Review, verify, and reconcile employee expense reports while ensuring compliance with company policies.Process semi-monthly payroll and prepare payroll information for manager review and approval.Support benefits administration and assist with employee open enrollment activities.Maintain accurate payroll and AP records, resolve discrepancies, and respond to employee and vendor inquiries.Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of all AP and payroll functions while meeting established deadlines. 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll, or a related accounting role.Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Experience processing payroll and handling employee expense reports.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Sharepoint.
