Responsibilities

• Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Prepare and reconcile accounts payable reports.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits.
• Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
1li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry (nice to have).
• Knowledge of additional accounting software (nice to have).
• Relevant certifications such as AAT or similar (nice to have).
