Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Full cycle A/P including PO matching, vouchering, reconciling to vendor statements, and disbursements
• Research and resolve any discrepancies
• Manage fixed payments
• Accurately process vendor checks
• Able to handle up to 500 invoices per week
• Vendor maintenance, reconcile monthly invoices
• Maintain files and documentation accurately and in accordance with GAAP

Qualifications

• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
• Takes initiative/recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
• Able to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction

• Monday - Friday, full time hours

Pay

• $23 - $26 per hour based on experience
