Description
- Process payable invoices according to standard procedures.
- Input or upload data with accuracy and timeliness.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and handle vendor correspondence.
- Manage department mail and document retention.
- Assist in preparing audit responses.
- Support the Accounts Payable Manager and accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of invoices into financial systems.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in invoices.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in spreadsheet software.
- Experience in invoice processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
