Job Description Essential Functions And Primary Duties Responsible for all cash related reconciliations, including, but not limited to, local cash, consolidated cash, and payroll cashResponsible for booking all corporate cash transactions – going through corporate cash accountsResponsible for the accounting of certain CBIZ compensation and retention programs. Responsible for preparing quarterly bank certificate associated with our debt. Establish productive relationships with other team members and departments involved in this process to ensure timely completionConduct quarterly internal financial reporting surveysResponsible for completing relevant government statutory surveys such as reporting to US Census BureauResponsible for recording / consolidating of the results of Captive Insurance CompanyResponsible for the review of the following:Intercompany reconciliationAreas in the public filings as assignedSOX control testing review as assigned, including review of certain applicable SOC reportsServe as a liaison between corporate finance and other corporate functional departments to promote collaboration and communications Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum Qualifications 3 years of experience as a subject matter expertMust maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertiseDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externallyEffective customer service skillsProficient use of applicable technologyAbility to work in team environment as well as independentlyAbility to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities About Us CBIZ, Inc.
