Accounts Payable Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to support day-to-day AP operations while providing analysis, reporting, and reconciliation support. This role is ideal for an AP professional with strong Excel skills and experience working with high-volume transactions, vendor accounts, payment processing, and financial reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze AP transactions, vendor balances, payment activity, and outstanding invoicesPerform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies or variancesAssist with full-cycle AP, including invoice review, coding, matching, approvals, and paymentsPrepare AP reports, aging reports, and other financial analyses for managementSupport weekly and monthly payment runs, including ACH, wire, and check paymentsReconcile the AP subledger to the general ledger and assist with month-end closeIdentify process improvements and help maintain accurate AP data and internal controlsResearch and resolve vendor inquiries and payment discrepanciesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience3+ years of accounts payable, accounting, or financial analysis experienceStrong knowledge of AP processes, reconciliations, and accounting principlesExperience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Great PlainsStrong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tablesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsWhat We OfferContract-to-hire opportunity with a compensation of $23-$25/hour, depending on experienceFull benefits after the initial probationary periodCollaborative, professional work environment with opportunities for growthOpportunity to take ownership of AP reporting, analysis, and process improvement Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
