Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

Job Summary We are seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable person to join our team. In this role, you will manage the company’s bills and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner. Responsibilities will include receiving and preparing accounts payable invoices. Additional responsibilites will include reviewing accounts receivables and helping to reduce balances. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and has a strong understanding of quickbooks, payments, and budgets.
