Accounts Payable (A/P) Temp

Our client is a leading outdoor advertising company specializing in out-of-home (OOH) advertising solutions, including billboards, transit ads, and digital displays. They provide advertising space on billboards, buses, subways, airports, and other public spaces.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client on-site in Fairfield, NJ for a 3-month contract. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing a high volume of invoices in Oracle Fusion
• Verify all invoice information is correctly entered into Oracle Fusion
• Review and organize data in Excel
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication

Requirements

• Experience with Accounts Payable systems, preferably Oracle Fusion
• Associate's degree or post-high school education/training preferred
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week (8:30 AM–5:30 PM)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Pay

$24.00–$26.00 per hour (W2)
