Job Responsibilities
- Possess the ability to develop new business opportunities to grow the maintenance business portfolio.
- Proactively prospect for new business and build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify, engage, and nurture business relationships.
- Use expertise in relationship-building and consultative selling to promote Metro Elevator’s best-in-class services.
- Contribute to Metro Elevator’s ambitious growth goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work dynamically and quickly in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to create relationships internally and externally.
- Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years of successful industry sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the elevator industry.
