Accounting Technician

About the role

As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for supporting financial operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Handle daily accounting tasks including but not limited to accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Support budget preparation and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
