Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing financial transactions by supporting both accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately while maintaining complete billing documentation.
• Distribute customer account statements and follow up as needed to support timely payment activity.
• Use Excel extensively to organize data, track account activity, and assist with reporting tasks.
• Reconcile account information and investigate discrepancies to help maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide broad accounting assistance to the team based on daily business needs and shifting priorities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an accounting or finance support role.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes.
• Experience performing account reconciliations with strong attention to accuracy.
• Advanced or strong practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel for daily accounting tasks.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications
