Responsibilities
- Process and maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Prepare customer invoices and manage billing activities
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing and general ledger support
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Generate reports and assist with financial analysis as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting and office teams
- Afford assistance with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in general accounting (including AP, AR, and billing)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus, but not required
