Accounting Specialist
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Benefits list, we need ul li. For Responsibilities, we have subcategories; we could make a ul li for each essential function category, maybe with nested lists for subpoints? The rule: use ul li for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make a top-level ul for responsibilities, each li being a category. Inside each li we could have further ul for subpoints? That's okay.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not drop details.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences.

We should also maybe include a brief mission statement? Not required headings; could be part of About the role? But we have already used About the role for intro. Could add a separate section About the company? Not in allowed headings list; but we could still include if we want but better to stick to allowed headings. The mission statement is not under any of those headings; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can't drop mission statement. So we need to include it somewhere. Could add a paragraph under About the role after intro: "Mountain Credit Union: Our Mission We are People Helping People. We provide financial services to people in our community, serving western North Carolina with local decisions and excellent customer service." Thus About the role will have two paragraphs. Check for any other substantive info: "Join Our Team" paragraph: "If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your career in accounting while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve, we'd love to hear from you. Join Mountain Credit Union and become part of a team dedicated to helping people achieve their financial goals." That's also substantive; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the team". Not in headings list; we could incorporate into About the role as well. Also "For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below. Please DO NOT email your resume to us as we only accept applications through our website. https://mountaincu.applicantpro.com/jobs/4185169-122195.html" This is application instructions; we must remove application instructions per rule: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we drop that. Also "Join Mountain Credit Union and become part of a team dedicated to helping people achieve their financial goals." Keep. Now ensure we didn't miss any details: The phrase "As an Accounting Associate, you will help maintain accurate financial records, process accounting transactions, and support accounts payable and general ledger activities." Already in About the role. Also "We offer a competitive compensation package and an excellent benefits program, including:" we captured benefits list; we omitted "competitive compensation package" as not specific; but we could mention that it's competitive but not specific; rule says do not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state "competitive compensation package" but not specific numbers; still it's a statement about compensation. Should we include a Pay section? The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "competitive compensation package". That is a statement about pay, albeit vague. Should we include a Pay section with that statement? The rule also says: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." And "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". "competitive compensation package" is somewhat vague but not placeholder like "commensurate with experience". It's a real statement. However they said never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". That's similar to vague. I'd interpret that we should not create a Pay section because it's not specific numbers/details. The rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state them (competitive compensation package). But then they say never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "competitive compensation package" is not exactly those but still vague. I'd lean to include a Pay section with that statement as a paragraph. However they also said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding a Pay section with just that sentence might be thin. But we already have Benefits and Schedule sections; adding Pay may be okay. Let's see if any other compensation details: none. So we could add:Pay
The position offers a competitive compensation package.
But is that considered filler? It's not exactly placeholder like "commensurate with experience". It's a real statement. I'd include it. Check if any other specifics: "We offer a competitive compensation package and an excellent benefits program, including:" So we already captured benefits; we could keep the phrase "competitive compensation package" in Pay section. Thus final HTML will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not include Skills. Now ensure we didn't duplicate any content. Let's craft final HTML. Check for any missing details: The mission statement and "Join Our Team" paragraph we need to include. We'll add them to About the role. Thus About the role will have:Mountain Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Specialist to join our Accounting Department.
