LSCRE is a fast-growing real estate investment firm based in NYC, focused on acquiring and managing multifamily properties across Texas. We move quickly, hold a high bar, and rely on people who can dig in, resolve issues, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. As our Accounting Specialist, you'll play a key role in bringing clarity and accuracy to our day-to-day operations, working closely with a team that values ownership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

• Strong accounting and reconciliation experience
• Detail-oriented and persistent, seeing tasks through to completion
• Naturally curious and self-motivated to correct mistakes when discovered

What Success Looks Like

• Producing clean, reliable financials every month
• All properties' accounts are fully reconciled
• Clearing accounts are zeroed out
• No outliers in the operational GLs on the P&L
• No lingering discrepancies, no unanswered questions - just accurate, trustworthy data

How You'll Achieve It

You own and fix what matters.

• Bookkeeping and Opex reconciliations
• Accruals, prepaids, and journal entries
• Investigate and resolve:
  • Company credit card transactions
  • QuickBooks accounts
  • Fee transfers
  • Vendor portal issues
  • Vendor credit card reconciliations
• You don't just find issues—you close them!
