The Accounting Specialist at EBR Systems plays a critical role in the success of the Finance Department. This position will work with members of the Finance team to process customer invoices and vendor bills, as well as prepare timely reports, account reconciliations, and assists in the month, quarter, and year-end close process to ensure external reporting deadlines are met by the Company. This is an in-office position, 5 days per week in Santa Clara, CA.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate and timely customer invoices.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and outstanding customer balances.
- Follow up on past-due balances
