Accounting Specialist

Pay rate: $23–$24 per hour

About the role

These positions are needed to clear a backlog and support ATM conversions in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Accuracy and adherence to daily goals are critical.

Responsibilities

• Research, balance, reconcile accounts, run adjustments, perform GL uploads, and mitigate potential risk
• Complete all balancing tasks while maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs) and daily goals (e.g., processing 40 overages or shortages)
• Clear outstanding items
• Process transactions, reconcile and maintain various accounts and ledgers (accounts payable, journal vouchers, vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, ledgers, statements, billings, and other accounting documents)
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all transactions processed
• Conduct research on discrepancies and make appropriate corrections or adjustments
• Respond to and resolve inquiries
• Post data, verify data, and run routine financial reports and analyses
