Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare invoices, billing, and payment documentation
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Support month-end close and reporting activities
• Assist with daily accounting and administrative operations
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Experience in an Accounting Specialist, AP/AR, or billing role
• Working knowledge of accounting software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks accurately
