Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
• Support invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting activities
• Communicate with internal teams to research and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Experience managing deadlines and multiple priorities

Pay

$24–$29/hour
