Accounting Specialist

About the Role

Beacon Hill Financial is searching for contract-to-hire accounting specialists in the St. Louis area. Roles are 100% onsite and pay between $23–$26 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine accounting and clerical functions to support the finance department
• Process, record, and maintain financial transactions and related documentation
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Reconcile financial data and help identify and resolve basic discrepancies
• Support audits, reporting, and other accounting projects as needed
