Why You'll Love This Opportunity Diverse role with exposure to payroll, HR, accounting, and operationsCollaborative team environment with strong leadership supportOpportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple business functionsStable organization with a professional and supportive cultureHighly visible role that interacts with employees, vendors, and management Key Responsibilities of the Accounting & Payroll Administrator As An Accounting & Payroll Administrator, You Will Process payroll through Paychex, including timesheet review and payroll preparationManage employee onboarding, rehires, terminations, and personnel recordsSupport benefits administration and PTO/vacation trackingAssist with employee relations, training records, and disciplinary documentationReview and maintain payroll-related data, including tip pools and employee recordsProcess accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate coding and documentationUpload invoices into inventory and accounting systemsProcess vendor payments via check, ACH, and virtual credit card transactionsPerform vendor and bank account reconciliationsAssist with general ledger reconciliations and journal entriesSupport month-end close and financial statement preparationAssist with annual budget setup and maintenanceCalculate and track inventory-related cost of goods sold (COGS)Answer phones, assist members/customers, manage correspondence, and support office operationsPerform administrative duties and special projects as needed Preferred Qualifications Of The Accounting & Payroll Administrator 4+ years of experience as an Accounting & Payroll Administrator or in a similar accounting rolePaychex experience requiredPayroll processing experience requiredAccounts payable experience requiredHuman resources administrative experience requiredExperience with bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliationsExperience supporting month-end close activitiesJournal entry and general ledger experienceStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential employee informationBenefits administration experience preferredBudget preparation and financial statement experience preferredExperience with inventory systems and COGS calculations preferredHospitality, restaurant, club, food & beverage, or service industry experience is a plus #INAUG2026
