As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team of talented professionals. We are currently seeking a part-time Student Worker to join our Finance team located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. To learn more about this exciting opportunity, review the job specifications below: Position Overview Assist with general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries as appropriate.Maintain accurate records and databases.Prepare reports, forms, and other documents as needed.Support special projects and events organized by the department.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Currently enrolled as a student in business, accounting or finance at a college or university.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.Professional and courteous demeanor. Schedule Able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week in Baton Rouge office location. Will work around school schedule however hours must be worked during normal office hours of (8AM to 5PM) Monday through Friday Experience Prior work history in any capacity preferred.
