Accounting Manager (Multi-Property)

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to provide accounting and financial support for two of our Florida properties: Sailport Waterfront Suites in Tampa and Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites in Treasure Island. This is a hands-on, in-office position supporting the day-to-day accounting functions and financial performance of both properties. The Accounting Manager will work closely with property leadership and Corporate while overseeing key accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and condo unit owner accounting. Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager include, but are not limited to:Code, review, and process accounts payable invoicesManage daily cash functions, including preparing bank deposits and maintaining cash tracking spreadsheetsAnalyze property financial performance, including P&L review and variance analysisAssist with annual budget preparation, monthly forecasting, and financial planningAssist with condo unit owner accounting and owner statementsPartner with Corporate Finance to prepare supporting schedules for monthly financial statementsMaintain and monitor property inventoriesSupervise and support accounting team membersAssist with additional accounting, reporting, and administrative projects as assigned What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred2-4 years of related accounting experience required, preferably within the hotel, resort, or hospitality industryPrevious supervisory or team leadership experience preferredStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingProficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems, with advanced proficiency in ExcelStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with property and corporate teamsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred What can you look forward to?Qualifying team members may enjoy the following benefits:Medical and Dental insuranceSupplemental insurance plans (ex.
