About the role
The Accounting Manager - M&A is responsible for overseeing all aspects of mergers and acquisitions within the company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial due diligence processes for potential acquisitions
- Develop and implement integration strategies for acquired companies
- Manage post-acquisition financial reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare and present financial projections and forecasts to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&A or accounting
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
