About the role
Reporting to the Global Assistant Controller, the Accounting Manager will supervise daily accounting operations for the US, including Month-End Close, Financial Statement Preparation, Profit & Loss Analysis (P&L) and Balance Sheet Analysis, Reconciliations, variance analysis, intercompany accounting, U.S. GAAP, ASC 606 Revenue Recognition, Expense Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Liaison with External Auditors. The role also involves Assist with Process Improvements, Automation Initiatives, and Strengthening Internal Controls, and Special Projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day Accounting Operations for the US
- Month-End Close
- Financial Statement Preparation
- Profit & Loss Analysis (P&L) and Balance Sheet Analysis
- Reconciliations, variance analysis, intercompany accounting
- U.S. GAAP, ASC 606 Revenue Recognition
- Expense Analysis
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Liaison with External Auditors
- Aid in Process Improvements, Automation Initiatives, and Strengthening Internal Controls
- Special Projects
Qualifications
- 5-8 Years Corporate Accounting Experience at a Global Firm
- NetSuite Experience a big plus
- Strong Excel & Analysis Skills
- Advertising, Public Relations or Professional Services Industry Experience a plus
