Accounting Manager - Full-Time

About the role

The Accounting Manager oversees month-end, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and GAAP compliance, and supports audits and tax filings. They manage the general ledger, reconciliations, fixed assets, and financial reporting systems, serving as a subject matter expert for ERP (PeopleSoft preferred). The role involves collaborating across departments on system integration and reporting, managing cash and banking activities, and providing leadership within accounting and shared services.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA certification
• Over 8 years of leadership experience in accounting
• Expertise in financial reporting and audits
• Proficiency with ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred)
