Full-Time - Accounting Systems Manager

About the role

The position involves leading Oracle Cloud Financials projects, focusing on strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to finance and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle Cloud ERP advisory engagements, including process design, implementation support, and project reviews.
• Support business development activities, such as proposal development and client pursuit efforts.
• Supervise and performance-manage staff working on engagements.
• Ensure engagements adhere to financial and cost management policies.
• Uphold a professional, respectful work environment with integrity and responsibility.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of eight years' experience with Oracle ERP, including at least two implementation cycles for Oracle Cloud Accounting Hub.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience as a Functional or Project Lead in Oracle Cloud Financials implementation.
• Strong verbal, analytical, and writing skills, with detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules.
• Travel flexibility and work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.
