Responsibilities
- Complete the month-end close process at PS ATL & PS MIA level, including Revenue Recognition, monthly accruals, bank reconciliation, fixed asset and inventory reconciliation, prepaid management.
- Support the financial reporting process, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and corporate leadership.
- Collaborate with local leadership and corporate executives to analyze financial performance, identify variances, trends, and areas for cost savings.
- Support the FP&A team and VP of Finance during Budget and LRP (Long Range Plans) and Forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Respond to ad-hoc financial requirements from the corporate office and support group-wide financial initiatives.
- Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for the ATL/MIA location.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax compliance.
- CPA certification highly desired but not required.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with financial tools such as Coupa, Toast, Xtrachef, Expensify, Bill, Stripe.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
$125,000 - $130,000 annually, plus bonus potential.
Schedule
Hybrid work environment – 3 days a week in office.
