Responsibilities
- Communicates and filters Concord information to the hotel.
- Directs and counsels the General Manager on employment-related issues for associates.
- Ensures annual wage and salary reviews and administration are completed.
- Maintains compliance with established personnel policies and procedures.
- Aids in the transition and orientation of new associates.
- Monitors and assists with the training efforts.
- Serves as a liaison for the hotel regarding benefits administration with the corporate team and third-party administrator.
- Conducts self-assessment to maintain high standards of professionalism within Concord Hospitality.
- Trains and holds accountable for payroll processing.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Ensures proper execution of HR documentation, procedures, and policies.
- Attends Monthly HRAC Meetings with the Corporate Director of HR.
- Completes all required accounting functions as advised by the General Manager and Corporate.
- Consistently enforces all company SOPs and policies.
- Provides a safe work environment by following safety and security procedures and rules.
- Assists other leadership team members and/or managers when needed.
- Completes other duties as requested by the General Manager and/or Corporate Directors.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting and human resources management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
