About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support the financial operations of our Probate and Estate Planning department.
Responsibilities
- Manage collections and monitor cash flow
- Review invoices and ensure the accuracy of trust account activity
- Play a key part in improving processes and identifying inefficiencies
- Help maintain smooth and effective financial operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Finance or Accounting specialized major preferred
- Experience in a service-based industry, law firm preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred
- Experience with CMS preferred
- Reliable transportation to Murrieta required
- Demonstrates a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates a natural inquisitiveness and a focus on identifying opportunities for efficiencies
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking skills
