Accounting Manager

About the role

This hybrid position offers a schedule from 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing you to enjoy evenings and weekends to recharge.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in overseeing the maintenance of the general ledger and accounting systems for a variety of clients
• Implement best practices that empower clients to thrive financially
• Collaborate directly with clients to offer expert advice on accounting and financial management
• Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Become a trusted resource for ensuring the financial health of each organization you serve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 2+ years of experience in accounting
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in general business, government accounting, community/homeowner association administration, or as a paralegal/legal assistant

Preferred Qualifications

• A solid understanding of the operations of Special Districts (Title 32 Governmental Agencies)
• A working knowledge of city and state government processes related to metropolitan districts or community association management

Pay

A competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000.
