Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, review and/or prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Oversee the monthly/quarterly financial close process including the preparation of P&L, Cash Flow Statements, detailed analytics, and account roll forwards
• Oversee all domestic and foreign intercompany accounts including confirmation of balances and maintaining correspondence with divisional counterparts
• Prepare various ad hoc reports, investigate balances, and research accounting treatment
• Oversee accounts payable transactions
• Coordinate SOX 404 Testing and Reporting
• Assist in compliance with Internal/External Audits

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting
• 5+ years accounting experience in either public or private (supervisory experience a plus)
• Ledger experience (SAP a plus)
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Advanced Excel Skills required)
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects, and manage time efficiently
• Must be able to work well in a group environment, be committed to meeting strict deadlines, and willing to work long hours as needed
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with diverse groups across a large organization

Hybrid in office a minimum of 3 days per week

Pay

Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000 + Bonus
