Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting, month-end close, audits, payroll, tax compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations. They will also mentor a small accounting team and partner with leadership to drive the company forward.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
• Experience with payroll systems and tax compliance
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification preferred
