About the role
Minnesota Cannabis Services partners with operators across cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and retail to provide expertise in legal and regulatory compliance, accounting and financial planning, business analytics, marketing, staffing, human resources, SOP licensing, and technology development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with operators to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Manage marketing campaigns to drive growth.
- Recruit, train, and manage a diverse workforce.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations and best practices.

- Proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Experience in multiple aspects of cannabis business operations.
