Accounting Manager
. - Responsibilities: list of duties. The posting has headings: Financial Oversight & Accounting Operations, Job Costing & Profitability Analysis, Billing, Revenue & Payroll Support, Systems, Reporting & Innovation, Compliance & Risk Management. Each with bullet points. We'll combine into a single
- list preserving all points. Must not lose any detail.
- Requirements: The posting has "Required Skills & Qualifications" list. We'll put that under Requirements heading.
- Qualifications: The posting has "Education/Experience Required" and "Preferred Qualifications". We'll combine under Qualifications heading.
- Skills: Might be redundant with Requirements; but we could separate Skills as maybe a subset? However we already put skills in Requirements. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections; we could omit Skills if it duplicates. But we need to decide: The headings list includes Skills; we can include only if there is specific content not already covered. Since we have skills in Requirements, we could still include Skills but would duplicate. Better to omit Skills to avoid thin sections. However we must ensure we don't miss any content that is purely skills not captured elsewhere. The Required Skills & Qualifications includes both skills and qualifications. We'll treat that as Requirements. The Education/Experience Required and Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications. So we can omit Skills.
- Benefits: as described.

- under Qualifications. Benefits: "Compensation & Benefits" list: - Competitive salary based on experience (maybe we omit as Pay) - Profit sharing - Health, dental, and vision benefits - 401(k) retirement plan - PTO and paid holidays - Ongoing training, professional development, and leadership opportunities - Opportunity to help shape financial systems, processes, and technology within a growing company We'll include Benefits section with those items (excluding competitive salary if we consider it Pay). But we could include it as part of Benefits; it's still a benefit. However the rule about Pay section: we avoid Pay heading. Including salary in Benefits is okay? It's still compensation. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state compensation & benefits includes competitive salary. So we can include that item in Benefits. It's not a placeholder like "commensurate with experience"? It's similar but still a statement. Might be okay. To be safe, we can include it as part of Benefits. The rule about not creating Pay section if it's vague; we are not creating Pay heading. So we can keep salary item in Benefits. Thus Benefits list: - Competitive salary based on experience - Profit sharing - Health, dental, and vision benefits - 401(k) retirement plan - PTO and paid holidays - Ongoing training, professional development, and leadership opportunities - Opportunity to help shape financial systems, processes, and technology within a growing company Now ensure we didn't miss any other sections like About Connor Painting (company description). That appears after Benefits: "About Connor Painting" paragraph and website. That is substantive; could be part of About the role? Actually About the role is about the position; About Connor Painting is company overview. The
