Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience
- Strong operational accounting experience, including GL, journal entries, accruals, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication skills, professional presence, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Able to quickly assess priorities, take ownership, and drive work through completion
Preferred Requirements
- CPA
- Experience within insurance, FinTech, SaaS, or another high-growth technology environment
- NetSuite experience
- Exposure to AI, automation, or technology-enabled accounting process improvements
- Prior consulting or interim accounting experience
